The Business Development services of CFNV work with local small businesses and entrepreneurs to assist in business start-ups, maintenance and expansion. We can assist with business planning, operational and financial counselling, technical advice, and, path-finding through government regulations and services.

A great deal of our time is spent assisting clients with the preparation of Business Plans and in particular, on cash flow, budget projections and market assessments, which all lenders now require. Many new entrepreneurs have not crafted these needed business planning and analytical tools. Clients are often referred to us by their lenders to help with the actual business plan.
